I understand how difficult media production has become. Budgets are tight or non existent and yet lead times have been shortened to meet impossible deadlines. I will do everything possible to help. If you've been given a tiny budget, we can work something out. I've always been extremely flexible. However, working long hours just to improve my promotional profile or for the promise of some future work have become less attractive prospects. So please respect my experience and strong work ethic. Reward Creativity Fairly and we'll have a fantastic working relationship.
Over the next few months of 2015, I will be outlining the details of a Twitter campaign that aims to highlight the plight of the self employed creative artists, designers and producers. The campaign is called 'Reward Creativity Fairly'. I hope you can join me and discuss the effects of the inevitable shrinking creative market that has led to corrosive influences such as poor management, unreasonable budgets, corruption & fraud. If you are suffering because of this kind of treatment, please feel free to add to this blog and join my Twitter feed where I will soon be posting more details about the campaign.
